Creekwood High School

Creekwood High School is the setting for the majority of the novel, with the exception of the last four chapters. Creekwood High School is located in Shady Creek, Georgia, in the United States, and roughly an hour and a half from Athens. Within the High School, Albertalli references several main features. Leah references the atrium, the auditorium, the lunch table, her locker, the library, the music/band room, the parking lot, the soccer field, and the football field.
