Summary

In Chapter 38, Helge found a flake of skin between Bertine’s teeth as he was examining her head.

At the next press conference, it was announced that Røed was being released from jail.

Later, Katrine announced to Bodil that the fragment of skin found between Bertine’s teeth had given them 92 percent certainty that they had the right man. He even had a criminal record. Bodil gave them permission to make an arrest.
