Summary

Joan waves at a dancing Santa in a Santa Claus parade. She joins Reese for lunch in the cafeteria, who tells her he is unsure whether he is fit for medicine. Joan’s raise makes him feel like he is not good enough. Joan gets annoyed when he says that men feel more pressure in their careers than women. She tells him to “fuck right off” (79).
