Summary

Lucia and Richard: Brooklyn. Narration describes the media coverage of the discovery of Kathryn’s body the following March, saying there were rumors of her having been killed as a sacrifice by some strange Mexican cult. That idea, narration suggests, came from, among other things, the discovery of the jaguar pendant, and also mistrust of Mexicans triggered by Donald Trump’s election campaign.
