Summary

In Chapter 19, Cole and Ruby discuss whether children with red abilities could have performed the attack. Cole wants to go to a camp called Sawtooth where Clancy claims children with red abilities are training. Ruby insists that Cole tell the others he has red abilities. He agrees to tell Liam, saying he will tell the others if that goes well.

The children gather to hear Lillian explain the results of her research. She says terrorists had attempted attacks on the United States several times and a company called Leda Corp created Agent Ambrosia, a chemical meant to protect the water facilities. While they did some testing, the government was pressing them to create the chemical and they released it into the water supplies.
