Nature/Seasonal Change

Many moments in the memoir focus on Amy’s relationship with nature and the impact of seasonal change on her mood and understanding of the world around her. She derives a sense of tranquility, happiness, nostalgia, and comfort from her interactions with the natural landscape and the reminder of life’s cycles.
