Summary

Jay has been born and Yuki is not adjusting well. She is suffering from postpartum depression in addition to her regular depression. She has a hard time motivating herself to feed Jay, and she is angry at Edison for no reason. Feeling increasingly desperate about her prospects, and how she will never go to art school, she goes into the cellar and starts wheeling her bicycle around. Edison finds her and tells her she needs help, suggesting she speak to a professional. She begins to think of running away to Germany, as this is where she and Edison spent their honeymoon, and it reminds her of the Viennese oil painting she used to have on her bedroom wall.

In the next chapter, Yuki smells something terrible in the house, but cannot identify where it is coming from. She checks Jay's favorite...
