Zombay

Zombay is a massive city that is built along both banks of the River Zombay. The City of Zombay consists of three major sections: the Northside, on the northern side of the river; the Southside, on the southern side of the river; and Fiddleway Bridge, which connects the two sides of the city. The City of Zombay is itself governed by the Lord Mayor, and policed by the City Guard under the command of the Guard Captain. Zombay under the Lord Mayor is a city where goblins are denied equality under the law and denied status as citizens. Theater and the performing arts in general are outlawed in Zombay by the Mayor under the pretense that actors are liars, though it is later learned the Mayor desires to see the Southside destroyed in a flood so that it can be remade uniformly in the image of the Northside...
