Summary

On Saturday, December 4th, at 1:58 p.m., Ginny goes sledding on Wagon Hill. Ginny’s attitude turns sour because walking back up the hill is not fun. She wants her Forever Dad to pull her up the hill like the other kids are. Her Forever Dad declares Ginny to be too old and heavy for that. Ginny complains for more fun, so her Forever Dad expresses his frustrations at her lack of generosity in a short rant that begins with, “Are you crazy?” (192). He is breathing “really, really hard” while attempting to cross the sled trails, convince Ginny to follow him, and then pull Ginny out of oncoming sled traffic, to which she recoils and declares, “This is my body!” (193).
