("Throttle [with Stephen King]") Vince Adamson

From the lead story, “Throttle,” Vince Adamson is respectfully referred to as “Cap” by the senior members of the Tribe. A motorcycle group that bonded over wartime, the Tribe consists of four older men and five younger men: Vince, Lemmy, Peaches, and Doc; Race, Roy, Ellis, Dean, and John.
