Chapters 6-10 Summary

Alan Church is a retired British mechanical engineer. After building hydroelectric power plants around the world, he went to work for the British Secret Service and was placed in a position at one of England's banks, where he could monitor the finances of the House of Saud. He is sitting on a sailboat in Monte Carlo harbor, ostensibly reading the paper. In actuality, he is monitoring the conversation between David and Prince Omar. Allan is friendly with the crew of the prince's yacht. His orders were to follow and monitor the Prince.
