Book 1: Chapter 11-16 Summary

Book one chapter eleven begins with the Forestmaster, a unicorn, introducing herself. They eat with the Forestmaster and Tanis notices that when the Forestmaster talks about those that will die fulfilling their destiny, she looks at Sturm. This frightens Tanis for a moment. She explains that the lizard creatures are called draconians and are of the order of Draco but they are not of the world of Krynn. The Forestmaster explains that they must go to Xak Tsaroth in order to find the answers to their questions and that flying horses will take them there. Xak Tsaroth is a temple of the ancient gods but it is unknown what they will find there. Riverwind says they will go alone, but Tanis and the others all agree to go.
