Summary

February rolls around. During the student council meeting on Monday, Treasurer Javan Hill reveals the teachers are using Pillow-Soft Ultra toilet paper. President Eugene Ellis then confronts Mrs. Birch with this information. Birch agrees to a compromise: students may bring in their own rolls from home. It is a victory for Eugene and the student body. However, during lunch, a toilet paper fight is started. Vice Principal Roy then imposes a five-sheet-a-day limit. Greg has a stash of twenty toilet paper rolls in his locker, and he is worried about a random search since the teachers are conducting them each day. Greg decides to hide his in a stall at school, locking it from the inside so no one else can get in. He ends up turning the stall into a little apartment with comics and a radio but is ultimately found out...
