Chapters 16-20 Summary

Chapter 16. Ben makes this list of things he wants to do before he dies. It's not a very serious list. He is writing it because he wants to get rid of the new therapist. After leaving the list in a note for the therapist, he goes to Mr. Lambeer's classroom. The teacher tells him that he can't do his project because the school bond levy is coming up, and the project would make them look as if they weren't serious about education. Ben argues that the lesson is very important and states that he will go about it in the proper manner. During class, he announces to the teacher that he is going to do the project anyway. Lambeer blows up in front of the class, and Ben is sent to the library for the rest of the period.
