Sacramento

Sacramento is the city in California where the majority of the narrative is set. Tiny and her husband reside here together. Because Tiny infrequently leaves her home after the birth of her daughter, descriptions of the city itself do not often make their way onto the page. However, Tiny does often imagine alternate lives in the city, or remember episodes from her previous life outside the confines of her Sacramento home.
