Chapters 26 - 27 Summary

Henry goes to his office to pick up the FedEx package from Cody. Monica admits to having opened the parcel, but after seeing the photo of Lilly inside, she had put it back. He thanks her and returns to his office, closing the door. The report is short, and he learns nothing of significance. He calls Janis Langwiser to discover no news there either and he tells her about the call he got from Lucy. She reminds him that even Renner knows that there are two sides to every story. He is about to tell her that Cody is looking for Lucy for him when Charlie puts his head in the door and is stunned by the damage to his face. He says goodbye to Janis and Charlie apologizes for not having come to the hospital. Maurice is already in town...
