Chapters 19-24 Summary

In Chapter 19, Victoria is at her dad's shop. He reminds her that he will be overseas for the next 6 weeks working on the new Dracula movie. After talking with her dad about how he knew he wanted to be in special-effects, Victoria begins working on a new project and finds herself wanting to freeze time because she is completely happy.

Victoria is entering her school in chapter 20 and Max catches up with her, asking her what's different about her today. Although she says "nothing," Max persists, asking her a series of questions trying to figure it out. He then asks her where her cloak is and she says that it's at home.

Chapter 21 starts with Victoria reading the news and feeling a growing sense that the world is going to end. She decides to focus on bringing up her math grade...
