Summary

In “Aunt Jess and Uncle Clive,” Flynn and Pearce tricked Norma Jeane by telling her they were taking her to see her mother, who was in a psychiatric hospital when in reality they were taking her to an orphanage. Norma Jeane sensed there was something wrong, but believed she had to cooperate. Norma Jeane had heard Flynn talking on the phone telling someone she wished she did not have to make a decision. Flynn had promised to take care of Norma Jeane, but had to work and had no money saved.
