Summary

In Chapter 4, Billy sets up the MacBook to play solitaire automatically while he studies the streets outside. He is already thinking about how to get away once he has killed Allen. He knows people will know he was the shooter because there will be a circle of glass missing from the window in his office.

At lunch, Billy joins the others from the building as they buy food from the food trucks. He asks Phyllis, who works with an accounting firm, about the large group of people in the building who are dressed casually. She explains they work with a collection firm. One employee, Colin White, is wearing gold parachute pants and a paisley print shirt. Colin White is described as being homosexual and well-liked by his colleagues. Billy thinks Colin might work as part of his escape plan.
