Summary

In Chapter 1 of Part 3, Alucard guards Rhy's room when Kell walks in. He convinces Alucard to help defend the city while he takes over guarding Rhy. Alucard goes to the main hall and sees Lila anointing the royal household staff with her blood to protect them from Osaron. Lila tells Alucard that the populace is not faring too well and he rushes off to see if his sister is ok after Lila places her blood on his forehead.

In Chapter 2, Queen Emira frets over her son Rhy, who is still asleep. She finds herself speechless in front of Kell, unable to thank him for saving Rhy. She muses upon Rhy's childhood and how protective she still is of him. Emira realizes that she is now grateful, not resentful of Kell. Previously, she worried his magic was endangering Rhy...
