IN THE ONGOING debate over sex education, people are as divided about which individuals or groups should dispense sex-related curricula to teens as they are about the content of those curricula. Some believe sex education is strictly the province of parents and that strangers in schools and other organizations have no business forcing their opinions or personal agendas on children.
