Being in Grant for work is a strange circumstance for Davenport. Because Lucas Davenport was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota and has always lived in the area known as "The Cities," rural living is a bit of a shock. Compare and contrast city living with country living. Include conveniences, atmosphere, attitude, police work, and other pertinent aspects in the story.
