Class Discussion: How does the heath define the characters and their feelings? Are there any characters who seem in contrast to the heath? If so, who are they, and how are they contrasting?

Homework: Create a KWL chart, listing what you know about each character and what you want to know about each character. As the story progresses, write what you have learned about each of the characters.
