The objective of this lesson will be to discuss how things like this are allowed to happen, and to explore some possible methods of avoiding this phenomena in the future.

1) Small Group Evaluation Activity: Split the class into 3 groups. Have one group write about how Ji Li felt when she was fist offered the chance to audition for the dance group. Have the second group write about Ji Li felt while telling her family about her offer to audition.
