Lesson

1) Library research: Have the students research the author, Virginia Woolf. Explore the other works she has written, as well as her background. Take a look at biographical information and critiques of Woolf's work to gain information on her writing and where "Between the Acts" fits in with her other work.

2) Presentation: Have students get into pairs and prepare a presentation, using their research on Woolf and her canon.
