Chapters 5 and 6 Summary

In Chapter Five, Jena is very upset as the day goes on. Tati realizes it and asks about it. Jena lashes out at Tati, asking why she wasn't there when Cezar paid his visit. Tati says she wouldn't have been able to change Cezar's mind but reveals that she and Iulia had given money to beggars on separate occasions, and that they didn't count how much they gave away. While Jena and Tati are talking, Jena reminds Tati that she needs to remember their rules while visiting the Other Kingdom. Tati promises she hasn't forgotten but admits that she's very attracted to Sorrow. She says Sorrow has never had a friend and that he needs Tati. She also reveals that "something" is holding him in the land of the Night People but she doesn't know what that is.
