Summary

Chapter 89 is set on Sunday, Nov. 14. Even though Anna has Alistair’s fingerprints on her neck in the form of bruises she decides she will not report what he did to the police. Anna knows what happened to her was not a dream but at the same time, she feels like she cannot do anything about it.

In Chapter 90 a storm brews outside as Anna watches the movie Charade on her computer. She wakes when her phone buzzes with a weather alert. She fingers her phone to check the time and unintentionally opens her photos. The one on the screen is that of her sleeping. Anna deletes that photo and it is replaced by the last one she took, the one when the woman she thought was Jane was in her house. When Anna looks at the picture closely...
