Chapters 53 - 56 Summary

In Chapter 53, Noah tries to take Mara back to the to Mr. Lukumi's shop, but when they get to the place that they had believed that the store was, the store with that address is gone. Noah tells Mara that he believes that they are on their own.

In Chapter 54, Noah takes Mara to the zoo in an attempt to test her abilities and to see if he can counteract Mara's them. Unfortunately, Mara kills all of the creatures in the work room.
