Chapter 13 Summary

Billy's dad is reading Warren Peace to a room full of students in the catacombs after school. Ms. Lloyd stands in the back of the room with her own copy of the book. Billy's dad tells the group that if they want to win against the YFC that they have to get organized. Montana West volunteers to be the spokesperson and the group votes to have her speak on their behalf.

Eddie is talking to Billy during his run. They talk about the fight for the book and the author of the book. When Eddie questions his need to fight for the book, Billy tells Eddie the reason he feels the need to fight for the book is because it's about fighting for freedom.
