Travis's Staff

This is a symbol of Travis's devotion to fantasy novels. He often carries the staff as if he might encounter a situation that requires him to fight off creatures or villains, but Dill and Lydia usually make him leave it in the car. After Travis's death, Dill gives the staff to Travis's mother. At that point, it symbolizes their memories of Travis.
