Summary

Aristafeo and Lilliet were reunited at the concert. However, there was an attack on the city. The two escaped to the zoo and hid there with some food Lilliet found. While they were there, Lilliet told him her entire story. Then, he knocked her out and took her back to the castle. When she awoke, she was in a hot air balloon. Aristafeo told her that the Tenor had paid him to get her into the balloon. He told her that he loved her enough that he would sacrifice himself to save her. He sent the balloon away. As it rose, she saw Eugène attacked Aristafeo. Lilliet realized that the whole thing was set up by the Tenor and she was powerless to stop Aristafeo's death.

Later, Lilliet woke up in a combat hospital in Germany...
