Kutuzov dictates his report and then summons Rod, who is being sent on the fast message sloop back to New Scotland. Surprised to be processed for court-martial so quickly, the Admiral corrects him. Rod is given a message coded at the commander level which is decoded by Kutuzov's personal assistant.
