Summary

In Chapter 38, “Our Lady,” Owen calls a meeting that includes Sinia, Iago, Kevan, Kathryn, Drew, and Severn. While some argue – including Catsby who wants to keep the North and Iago who wants it back – Owen says they have to unite now. He points out several countries that are currently attacking Ceredigion, feeding on the way the country is being torn apart. Owen says they will not survive if they fight among themselves. Owen suggests they meet up in Kingfountain where the ceremony will be held to have Drew withdraw the sword from the fountain. Iago plans to go home first so that Evie can be present for the event.
