Summary

Chapter 51 changes to Livia's perspective, as the group makes their way to the bug-out point to question Graham. Rain wastes no time in telling Graham they know about Arrington pulling the records. After some hesitancy, Graham decides to start talking to try to make deals. He does not want Arrington prosecuted, instead he wants him taken out, and Graham wants full immunity - in return he will offer the documents they need as proof to blow up the Secret Service ring. Livia, after being struck with an epiphany, insinuates to Graham that they know this is about more than just the secret service - and demands names. After death threats, he agrees and gives Livia the login to see the documents, and then continues to tell her that three Senators Barkley, Fenwick, and Hamm are all a part of the ring. Larison...
