Summary

Ellie has noticed that Melvin has a few quirks and one thing she knows for sure is that if he says he's going to do something, he does it. So when he doesn't show up one day after school, Ellie gets worried. Raj sees her looking for him and aids in the search. Finally they find out that he's in detention.

Raj keeps Ellie company while she waits for him to come out. They start talking with each other. Raj says that he thinks Melvin has a strange sense of style for a teenager. He says that he dresses like his grandfather. Ellie changes the discussion about style to Raj's own style. She asks him about an earring he's wearing. It's the Egyptian symbol of life and is called an Ankh. He goes on to tell Ellie that the Egyptians left the heart...
