Harvest of Hope Church

The Harvest Hope Church is where a good deal of the action takes place in the novel, First Phone Call from Heaven. Pastor Warren is the spiritual leader of this church. At 82 years of age he knows many of his congregations members' families for several generations. The Harvest Hope Church is where all of the recipients attend who received phone calls from heaven.

Tess's House

Tess's house is where the reader first sees Tess receive the phone call from her dead sister. However, it is also where the reader sees a fire start, gutting her entire upper floors, where she welcomes people camped out on her lawns to come into her home and get warm, and where she begins to fall in love with Jack.
