When Bosch clears the Rover channel, Rollenberger demands a report. Calmly Bosch tells him that he should proceed to the subject's house immediately. Then he cancels the call that went out to all the task force units to report in, and asks Edgar to report to Ray's. He turns off the Rover before Rollenberger can say anything else. Within half an hour they are assembled, and by the time Rollenberger gets there, they have a plan in place.
