Ben remembers later how he grows to regret his thought that everything would be better in the morning. Ben has fitful drams all night. When he wakes from chasing a giant rat in his dreams, he sees the stone is glowing crimson, again indicating danger. The problem is that Ben doesn't know what the danger is or where it lurks. Ben covers thes tone with a towel and falls back to sleep.

He dreams this time of Meeks. When Ben wakes, the towel is gone from the stone and he sees Meeks. This time it is not an image and Ben is paralyzed in his bed. Meeks tells Ben that he is the one that sent the dreams to each of them. Meeks says he turned himself into small speck on Ben's clothing and that Ben brought...
