The Quest for Knowledge

The main drive behind the events in the story is the quest for knowledge about the things that are found in the caverns. Blakely, Ashley, Ben and many of the others are looking for answers about the people that built the caverns. As the continue to explore, it is quickly seen that there is a lot of to be discovered about the people that made the dwellings that are found as well as the diamond statue. Ben is also on a quest for knowledge that is much more personal. The more the story progresses the more vivid Ben's dreams become. He will have to learn a lot about himself, but also learn about the people and his connection to them.

There are other quests for knowledge in the story that take a minor role but are easily found during the story. Linda continues to look...
