Born to a common bricklayer, Quirinus lives in the village of Sulle Scale in the highest ridges above Positano. His father worked every day going up and down the staircases that make up the village. He is the one who repairs the stairs and he does his job with pride. One day, his father is lagging behind him and he leans on a red gate to rest when it swings open.
