One Year Later - the Epilogue Summary

The epilogue begins with a scene from Max's debut porno film, "Home-Shopping Stud." Max, acting under the name Kyle Thunderwood, wins the industry award for best newcomer in a gay feature. As Max accepts the award, a scene from the show plays on a giant screen in which Max makes love to a telephone. The following day, Max's mother is ironing while watching Inside Edition when she learns of Max's award. She passes out, breaking her wrist in the fall. Inside Edition goes on to say that it's been a difficult year for Sellevision, including information about other escapades on the show, including the firing of Howard after Leigh's broadcast of their affair.
