Summary

Chapter 22 – Micah tells Dan, Jordan, and Abby to run while he distracts the Scarlets. They chase him. Dan, Abby, and Jordan then take off in the other direction. They stop and quickly scan the papers they have taken, including one with a CIA seal on it. They cannot imagine why Crawford would be meeting with the CIA.

Chapter 23 – Dan, Abby, and Jordan go to the computer lab in the dorm to go over the evidence they have accumulated. Some are Crawford’s handwritten records of the dosing of patients with LSD as a way to expose secrets or to manipulate the mind. The records are dated from 1953 in Kentucky and are only a signal for the horrors Crawford will commit years later. The entries become shorter as the time passes, with Crawford noting he was fired for operating outside the parameters of the experiment...
