Chapters 2-4 Summary

Harlo runs through the backyards of some of the neighboring houses. Odd catches up to him, grabs him from behind, and they tumble into a swimming pool. Harlo jumps out of the pool and continues to run. Harlo goes into the house where the swimming pool is, disappearing before Odd can follow. When Odd does, the female owner of the house is in the kitchen yelling to someone to lock their door. Odd runs to the stairs to find Harlo in the hallway holding a small child. Harlo begins throwing furniture down the stairs to slow Odd down. The little boy gets free of Harlo and runs into his bedroom. Harlo follows, trying to get the child out from under the bed where he has gone to hide, but isi unable to pull him out. Odd reaches the bedroom and begins...
