Summary

In “The Delegation,” Todd narrates the way that Mistress Coyle and the Mayor argue about who should meet with the Spackle for peace talks. The Spackle have asked that they send only two people. Viola insists on being allowed to go because she is the one who fired the missile at the Spackle. She wants Bradley to go with her because the Spackle will be able to read his Noise and understand how badly he wants peace.

In Viola’s section of narration she learns that the peace talks with the Spackle will be projected back to the people.
