Summary

In Chapter 10, Ruby and Liam talk. He knows she has been training with Cole and warns her to be careful. He is obviously as on edge as she, but she feels calmer after they talk a few minutes. Liam is still angry at Cole, and says Cole believes Liam is incapable of taking care of himself. Liam says he knows how to use a gun and Ruby counters, saying it should not be second nature for children to “pick up a gun and act like it's nothing” (198). Liam believes they should release information about the prison camps in order to educate adults about what happens there. He believes the adults will then insist the children be released.
