Stephanie Plum

Stephanie Plum is a bounty hunter who works for her cousin Vinnie's bond company. Stephanie dislikes guns and rarely carries hers and when she does, it often is not loaded. Stephanie prefers to use pepper spray and a stun gun when it is necessary to use force against her fugitives. Stephanie is not very good at her job, often getting herself into comical situations, but more often than not, she does get her fugitive. In this novel, Stephanie finds herself with few fugitives to apprehend. The only fugitive she is asked to find is Randy Briggs, a little person who was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon.
