Chapters 11-12 Summary

Luke is making his approach to Dagobah and trying to find a good spot to land his X-wing. Dagobah's swampy terrain makes it tough for him to find a good spot. Once he does, he gets out and looks for the home of his former master, Yoda. To his disappointment, there is nothing left to suggest that Yoda once lived there. As he pokes around, he goes to a dark cave that he senses is strong with the Dark Side of the Force. Reluctant to go in, he finally moves forward and comes out with a metal cylinder. When he gets back to his X-wing, Artoo, his astromech droid, beeps a message to Luke that he had seen a cylinder just like it back during the time of the Rebellion.
