Chapter 7 Summary

Luke hears Leia's call through the Force and answers her back using the same Jedi technique that he is on his way. He quickly realizes however, that he surrounded by gray-skinned aliens with bizarre stick-weapons trained on him. Using his lightsaber, he is able to maneuver his way out and away from the blast of the stokhli sticks. Meanwhile, Han and Leia are trying to figure out a way to escape from the enemies surrounding them. Han makes a plan to have Leia create a diversion by grabbing jewelry from a local vendor. The gamble pays off as the Bimms nearby get excited and jump on Han as Leia throws the jewelry to him. Using the diversion, Han uses his comlink to call Chewbacca to bring the Falcon to save them.
