Chapter 31 Summary

A police officer is giving Spencer a ride home. she is trying to get information out of him but he won't give her any. She gets a text from Andrew and then Aria asking what's going on on her street. When they arrive, Spencer's street is flooded with police cars. She thinks they're at her house, but then sees her sister is safely standing on the front porch. Melissa tells her they found Jenna's body in a trench in her back yard. Spencer remembers seeing the same construction worker, Mr. Ford, at Jenna's house a few days earlier. He was leering at Jenna but because Jenna is blind, she didn't notice.
