Chapter 24 Summary

Hanna wakes in a pale green room with a cast on her arm. It is the same cast and the same room she woke up in after Mona ran her over with her SUV. Hanna wonders if the past few years have just been a nightmare when she sees Ali standing over her bed. Ali warns her that she just wants to hurt Hanna like she hurt Ali. Hanna assumes Ali is talking about Tara when Hanna wakes up for real.

This time, she is in her room at the Preserve. Iris comes in, angry at first. Hanna confesses everything to Iris. The girls make up and then Iris goes to watch the movie the Preserve is airing for the night. When Iris leaves, Hanna notices a People magazine sticking out of Iris's purse, even though the janitor came and confiscated the other...
